Wake up Calisthenics

Wake up and move with 30 minutes of body weight exercises and dynamic stretches that will help you to start your day strong and motivated! This class will focus on proper form and execution of the tried-and-true calisthenics which tone and condition the body. All fitness levels are welcome, no equipment is needed. 

$20 for outside guests, included for Kenoza Hall Guests.
