The Bungalows bring 10 luxury accommodations to Kenoza Hall, inspired by the Bungalow colonies popular in the Catskills at the turn of the 19th century, when travelers and families began renting cottages and cabins to escape the city. Offering a sense of privacy distinct from the Main Inn’s guest rooms, the Bungalows maintain their own unique sense of place, community, and energy, much like the historic colonies that once thrived in Upstate, NY.

Set on our small campus of private cottages, nestled among wildflower meadows and tea gardens, the Bungalows sit perched above the property with views overlooking Kenoza Lake. With private porches and exclusive amenities, they feel like a secret oasis. In winter, the cozy cottages become even more inviting, with the landscape blanketed in snow and a peaceful stillness settling over the property. Perfect for couples, friends, or families, the Bungalows offer a spacious, secluded Catskills retreat, ideal for relaxing by the fire after a day of winter exploration.

The Bungalows at Kenoza Hall offer three types of luxury accommodations. Taking design inspiration from the Main Inn’s Victorian roots, the cabin-like Bungalows feature blush tones, bold patterns, ornamental brass details, and wallpaper that
mirrors the whimsy of the Bungalow’s surrounding landscape.

We offer eight Bungalow Kings at Kenoza Hall. All feature a private porch and entryway, a designated living room, en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, and gas stove.

Two Bedroom Bungalow

The Two-Bedroom Bungalow features two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, an adjoining living room between the two rooms, a small dining area, and a gas stove. In addition, each room has its own a private porch and entry.

Grand Lake Bungalow

The Grand Lake Bungalow offers the largest footprint and most indulgent layout for guests. In addition to a spacious King bedroom with a private entrance, two private decks, and a comfortable living space, this Suite includes a guest coat closet, powder room and an additional seating area. If your visit is more work-focused, the living room area can be transformed into an Executive meeting & dining space through the custom designed pool table, which converts into a large conference table.
