Booking & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 7 days before your arrival.

Cancellations made within two weeks of arrival date will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation value.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will result in a full charge for the entire length of stay.

Policies can vary for specials, packages, and prepaid reservations. Please review the booking description of your reservation.

Taxes & fees

There is a $35 daily Administrative Fee on all reservations, allowing us to offer all our amenities & complimentary movement class at no additional cost.

Multiple Room Bookings, Private buyouts & events

Please note that room bookings of four rooms or more must be reserved through our Sales Department so that our teams can deliver a great experience for you and your group.

If made without the authorization of our sales department, they are subject to cancellation and/or additional fees at the discretion of Management.

Pets

We love well-behaved dogs and dogs love running through our trails and meadows, so feel free to bring them along for your getaway! We charge a nightly fee to help cover the costs of cleaning. Rest assured that for this, we also provide a dog bed, food bowls, and treats. We ask that pups joining the trip are leashed at all times while in public spaces and are quiet and comfortable while unaccompanied in your room.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, disruptive or destructive pets may be asked to leave. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your furry friend along, and visit our websites to learn more about our individual pet fees. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are not subject to pet fees.

Lost items

Items left behind in rooms or on property will be held for 30 days and then will be donated. If you believe you have left something behind please email us at info@kenozahall.com.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and indoor spaces. There are smoking receptacles placed around the property outside for the proper disposal of cigarettes, matches, etc.
