Join for a Walking Barefoot Meditation Outside of our Movement Studio on the Front Lawn. Walking meditations allow us to bring mindfulness into motion to help us gain a better sense of control and experience our bodies fully in our surroundings. Enhancing this meditation by being in our bare feet allows us to ground ourselves and connect our nervous systems with that of mother earth’s.
