Fitness kickboxing is a great way to relieve stress as a physical outlet in a safe and controlled environment! In this class, you will learn how to properly execute real kickboxing techniques while getting an excellent full-body workout. We will use equipment such as weighted punching bags, training mitts and pads, kicking shields, and boxing gloves. All equipment will be provided!
